Hi! I'm Jill, a mama of 4, a wife, a risk-taker, and the owner of Tootsie Too's and Red Wing Restyle!

My journey getting here has been a wild ride...

After being a stay-at-home mom for a few years, I began helping my mother-in-law run her women's consignment shop. A year or so later, I purchased the store from her and launched Red Wing Restyle, a women's consignment store.

Shortly after the birth of our third child, my husband and I realized there was a huge gap in finding high-quality, sustainable, and battery-free baby and kids products locally...so welcome Tootsie Too's!

March of 2019, my dream for Tootsie Too's came to life. Our focus was sustainable, organic clothing, quality gifts, and toys that spark the imagination. We want to offer items you will be proud to pass from kiddo to kiddo.

In the summer of 2025, we introduced Pre-loved Tootsie Too's — our high-end children's consignment division. Once again, we identified a gap in the market: a need for a consignment store dedicated exclusively to premium, high-quality children's brands. With our two sister brands already established, the timing and synergy were ideal. We’re proud to promote both affordability and sustainability by offering our customers the opportunity to resell items purchased from our store, as well as other top-tier children’s labels.

Outside of the store, I love to cook, bake, and entertain and hear my house hum full of happiness. I look forward to family dinners, Sunday family movie nights, and traveling to new places.

I can't wait to see each of you in the store or out and about (and trust me, your kiddos cannot do anything in the store that my kids haven't already done - so I'd love to see them too!).
